Scanning and importing

How do I scan? Tap Scan Document, hold your iPhone over the page and let it capture automatically, or tap the shutter. Keep adding pages, then tap Save.

Can I use photos or PDFs I already have? Yes. Tap Scan Document, then choose photos or files. Photos keep the order you pick them in. PDFs are kept as they are, not turned into images.

How do I put both sides of an ID card on one page? Use Scan ID Card (Front & Back). Scan the front, then the back. Export or print it, and the card prints at its real size.

Sharing and file size

A website says my file must be under 200 KB. What do I do? Open the document, tap Share, then Quality and pick Under 200 KB (or 100 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB). For any other limit, choose Custom Size…. If a document can't get that small, the app tells you and suggests grayscale or fewer pages.

How do I share a copy of my Aadhaar with the number hidden? Open the card, tap Share and choose Masked Aadhaar. All but the last four digits are blacked out in the copy, and the QR code is blurred. Your original stays untouched.

How do I get a passport photo or signature at the exact size a form asks for? Tap Share and choose Form Upload, then the preset that matches your form.

Reminders

How do expiry reminders work? When a passport, licence, policy or bill has a date, open it and tap Remind Me. You're reminded 90, 30 and 7 days before. Free includes 3 active reminders; Pro has no limit.

Privacy and security

Where are my documents stored? On your iPhone or iPad only, unless you turn on iCloud Sync, which stores them in your own iCloud account. There's no account and no server. Read the privacy policy.

How do I lock the app? Settings → Require Face ID or Passcode. For your most sensitive documents, create a Vault in the sidebar (Pro). It needs Face ID or your passcode every time.

Moving to a new phone

How do I keep my documents when I switch phones? Either:

• turn on iCloud Sync in Settings (Pro), and your library appears on the new device signed in to the same Apple Account; or
• use Export All Documents in Settings, which saves every document as a PDF to Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive.

Your documents are also included in your normal iPhone backup.

Pro and purchases

What does Pro add? iCloud sync, the Vault, password-protected PDFs, annotations and unlimited signatures, unlimited reminders, batch export, custom sizes, and on-device AI explanations on supported devices. Scanning, exporting and search are free, with no ads and no watermark.

I bought Pro but it doesn't show. Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I cancel a subscription? Settings → Manage Subscription, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: your Vault stays viewable and sync simply stops.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
